Fall Mini Contest: Glory of the Suns

Greetings all! Our next miniatures contest is upon us! We are continuing our series of contests featuring canon schemes of the Great Houses of the Inner Sphere. Our third House is the Federated Suns.

You are to pick a canon mini that is common to House Davion. You are free to paint in in the canon Federated Suns scheme of your choice. Examples of the available schemes can be viewed at www.camospecs.com .

All minis must be on finished bases. All minis must be canon IWM minis, you may bash a canon variant if you wish. All entries must be new work painted for this contest not posted/published online or in print before.

When submitting your entries crop them as close to the mini itself as possible. Images should be at least 600x600 in order to be edited for posting in the contest. No Photoshop editing is permitted. I will edit for picture quality as needed.

The contest will run from October 1, 2008 through November 8, 2008. You may submit up to 2 entries. Submit your entries to: overlord67@yahoo.com

To sum up the contest rules:

1: Minis must be common to House Davion
2: Minis must be canon IWM production/canon variants are permitted
3: Mini must be painted in a canon Federated Suns scheme/ www.camospecs.com
4: Minis must be submitted on finished bases
5: Minis must be new work for this contest

That is just FedSuns!! I have a small cluster of Nova Cats, a battallion plus of 2nd Kearny Highlanders and a battalion plus of Blackhawks!!!

Oh crap, I was hoping for a bigger gap between contests as I wanted to do a Fed. Suns mini.

I just started a teacher's course that will take up a whole lot of my spare time with all the readings, writing, and researching I am going to be doing this fall. So, damn, another contest I won't be able to enter.

Not holding out................just cannot really paint anymore. Disabilities are getting in the way.
