Hi everyone, I'm new to Battletech. Bought the intro box on a whim with a friend. Turned out to be one of the best whimsical decisions I've made! Glad to be on board.

I could use a couple of clones. I'd love to be able to post 200-300 painted Mechs per weeks.

Hello, coming back after 2 decades at least of inactivity on battletech. So feeling nostalgic again for games of my younger days, BT was one of the stops.
Any particular place to start? WHo makes the books nowadays? Minis I know are still over at Iron winds, but given I dont have any books anymore, where would one start?

I believe Catalyst Game Labs makes the new books, but you can usually find them on E-bay or Amazon, too.
If you've been out for 20 years, you have a lot of catching up to do. Even over the last 5 years things have spun out of my grasp and I tend to stick with 3025 or Clan Invasion era.
