Below is the information about the Events

Thursday

Demos Noon to 7pm

WALK-UP demos for Battletech game system using the Quick Start rules. You will be able to choose from four different Mechs that are included with the Quick Start rules. After several rounds of Quick Start play, rules from the Introductory Rule set will be taught to the players. This will allow a quicker translation into the Grinder event.

Grinder Noon to 11pm

The Grinder is a free for all Battletech Demo game where new (or returning) players will be taught using the Introductory Rules. You start out with a Light Mech and as you die, you advance up to the next weight class. The game will be using miniatures from Iron Winds Metals beginner sets and other Mechs from the Battletech line.

Raid on Thorin Noon to 5pm

As part of an information gathering mission, Stone's Alliance decided to raid the planet of Thorin in the Blake Protectorate. The objective of the raid is to strike at a Blakist supply depot. Join the fight to either destroy the supply depot or defend it from the attack and keep the vital war supplies in the hand of the Protectorate.

Storming the Pass, New Aragon 6pm to 11pm

In March 3008, Prince Ian Davion decides to attack New Aragon in full force, using a combined five Regimental Combat Teams and all five Wolf’s Dragoons regiments. Defending the planet is eight House Liao and Mercenary Regiments. The Dragoons were primarily fighting the Northwind Highlanders and Waco Rangers, during the battle for El Diablo Pass, Zeta Battalion charged the Waco Rangers defending the pass. Join the fight to defend the pass.

Friday

Demos 11am to 7pm

Last Stand of the Davion Guards (Battleforce game) 10am to 2pm

In 3063 with the Fed Com Civil War heating up, the 1st Davion Guards on New Avalon new their days were coming to an end. Their commander, Marshal Bishop Storek decides to set the final fight on his terms. By October, Marshal Storek made a final stand with two assault companies of mechs at the mountain pass to prevent the Loyalist forces from following the 1st Davion Guards into the pass. Join the fight to determine if Marshal Storek succeeds in his holding action.

Red vs. Blue 3pm to 7pm

The Flags of two Houses fly high as a new event opens in Solaris…it’s Time for Capture the Flag Battlemech style…

Clash on Labrea 8pm to 12am

In 3062, Clan Ghost Bear lunched an all out attack on the Draconis Combine and Clan Nova Cat holdings because of the Alshain Avengers attack on Alshain. One of the first planets attack was Labrea, which is a Nova Cat planet and was attacked by elements of Clan Ghost Bears Delta Galaxy. Join the fight to take the planet or defend it.

Saturday

The End of Necromo 10am to 2pm

In 3071 the Word of Blake Jihad came to the Capellan Confederation planet of Necromo, home of the warship yards for the Capellan Navy. The Shin Legion and Home Guard were protecting the planet until the 48th Shadow Division invades the planet with intent to destroy all defenders and the factories. Join the fight to save Necromo from the wraith of the 48th Shadow Division.

The Battle of the Primitives 3pm to 6pm

Ever wonder how the original BattleMechs handled in combat situations, well come find out. The Battle of the Primitives will be a free for all and will contain all of the known Primitive Mechs in the Battletech Universe, come pick one at random and see how well you fair. If you die before the event is over, join back in as a different Primitive Mech and whoever dies the fewest times, will win a prize.

Grand Melee 8pm to 1am

The Trial for Bloodright is going to start and your only way to get in is by winning the Grand Melee. Select any clan mech (omni or standard) of any battlevalue 2 (BV2), but the gunnery and piloting of the mech is determined by the BV. If a player selects a mech with a high BV, their gunnery and piloting skills will also be high. The top three Mechwarriors will receive prizes.
