To defeat the Clans: use drones to masquerade as a Clan doing Trials of Annihilations against all other Clans

I was thinking of having drones units to masquerade as Clan Units in multiple Trials of Annihilations to create the illusions of each Clan fighting all other Clans so that all Clans will fight each other. The drones could say via radio broadcasts, “Your Clan has behaved dishonorably; prepare to be annihilated!”. Make sure that each drone only fights another Clan unit(s) when said Clan unit(s) isn’t (or aren’t) in the same star system as Clan unit(s) from not necessarily respectively other Clan(s) , so latter Clan unit(s) won’t get very suspicious.

It takes a full Clan Honor Call and vote by the Kahns & saKhans to declare Annihilation on another Clan.
so, no matter the sneaky, can't really just sneak in a trial of annihilation.
